Privacy Policy

We treat your personal information the way we want ours treated: locked down and shared only when strictly necessary.

What do we collect and why?
  • Back before someone else snaps the apartment

  • Email → to send you matching properties and the occasional market update

  • Passport copy and source-of-funds proof → only when a developer or bank demands it for a reservation

  • IP address and browser fingerprint → to stop bots from flooding our forms

Who sees it?

Only three groups ever touch your data:

  • Our internal team (the ones actually helping you)

  • The developer or landlord you are dealing with

  • Government entities when the law says we must (Ejari, DLD, visa applications, anti-money-laundering checks)

We do not sell lists. We do not run Facebook retargeting campaigns with your passport number. We do not hand your details to random mortgage brokers unless you explicitly ask us to.

How long do we keep it?

Active client file: 5 years after the last transaction (that’s what RERA expects). Simple inquiry that went nowhere: 12 months, then auto-deleted.

Legal requirement (AML records): 7 years minimum.

Your rights (and we actually respect them)

Send one email to [email protected] saying what you want and we will:

– Show you everything we hold on you within 48 hours
– Correct wrong data the same day
– Delete whatever is not required by law
– Stop sending you newsletters with one click on “unsubscribe”

All forms are encrypted in transit. Files live on servers inside the UAE. Only senior staff have master access, and every login is logged. If we ever suffer a breach (touch wood), we will notify you within 72 hours as the law demands.

Children

If you are under 18, please do not send us any personal information. We have zero interest in marketing penthouses to teenagers.

Changes

When privacy laws evolve or we add new tools, this page will change. The date at the bottom always tells you which version you are reading.
